Building practical systems where operations meet AI

I am Hussam — a software engineer and AI systems builder based in Doha, Qatar. I build the actual software: AI applications and agents, automation pipelines, custom web apps and dashboards, Microsoft 365 solutions, and the IT and network integrations that hold it all together. I write the code, connect the systems, and ship them to production.

I have worked on real-world software projects, built and tested automation workflows, developed websites and business systems, and solved operational and technical problems end to end. I work hands-on with AI tools and integrations, Microsoft 365, networking, automation, and cloud technologies.

My approach is practical and engineering-first. I start with the real bottleneck, build the highest-impact solution, and ship software that is faster, more reliable, and genuinely less manual — so people can focus on the work that actually needs a human.
